Protecting your privacies of the utmost importance
to Get Checking Northwest. Our Privacy Policy describes how Get
Checking Northwest (GCNW) handles information that we learn about
people who contact us by phone, mail or e-mail, utilize our website,
attend one of our classes or presentations, or visit one of our
offices or the offices or classrooms of GCNW Partners.
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information
to third parties without a signed release from our client authorizing
GCNW to share or to exchange information. Participants in the GCNW
program authorize GCNW, by their participation, to share data with
the national Get Checking Program, ChexSystems and their parent
corporation, eFunds, and participating Financial Institutions and
Education Partners within the parameters and guidelines of the Get
Checking National Program. Nonpublic personal information includes
any personally identifiable financial or demographic information
that is not publicly available.
GCNW will release nonpublic personal information
if legally ordered to do so by local, state or federal courts having
jurisdiction over GCNW. GCNW collects nonpublic personal information
from information obtained from our Financial Institution and Education
Partners within the scope of the Get Checking Education Program;
from our client applications; from nonaffiliated third parties concerning
the clients' transactions with them; from financial institutions
and credit granting institutions reporting on the clients' transactions
with them; from collection and recovery groups; and from credit
reporting agencies.
GCNW may use aggregated information for the purpose
of evaluating our services, gathering general demographic characteristics,
and creating future community services that improve both the Get
Checking National Program and the regional Get Checking Northwest
Educational Program. No nonpublic personal information that could
identify any individual is ever published or available to any non-affiliated
third parties through research studies.

our sites more useful. GCNW does not track or record information
about individuals. This information is deleted from our system
on a regular basis.

National Education Program or the Get Checking Northwest Education
Program including Financial Institution and Education Partners,
unless GCNW receives written permission from the client that would
allow specific information exchanges.
GCNW strives to maintain the security of the information
